Stitch A Beaded Garden - Cross Stitch Pattern

Sparkling beads bloom into flowers on these stunning samplers and mini motifs. The 18 nostalgic designs are the work of Sharon Maxwell Kendall Perry, a New Zealander with a fondness for flower gardens, samplers, and antique beadwork. Designs include Zinnia (square and rectangle), Carnation Band, Clematis, Star Daisy, Canterbury Bells, Bleeding Hearts, Alphabet Web, Sweet Pea, Pinks, Mallow, Peony, The Vineyard, Waterlily, Dahlia, Impatiens, Forget-Me-Not, and Galicia Rose. Cross stitch and backstitch alphabets are included for signing and dating the designs. Each project uses colorful seed beads and sometimes bugle beads. Substitution charts are provided so that the designs also may be cross stitched with embroidery floss.
