This design is beautiful. I've only finished the title so far but have found the chart and backstitch instructions very clear and easy to read. It's a big piece, so be sure you get enough fabric to cover it's 35.5-inch length. Over the past 6 months I've lost my 3 previous kitties to heart failure (17 yrs. old), cancer (20 yrs. old) and a sudden aortic thrombosis (only 10 yrs. old). Working on this design will not only be cathartic for me, but a fitting tribute to their memories.

I had been looking for the poem of the Rainbow Bridge and when I saw this one I was impressed. I even looked for pictures of dogs and cats that I could put with the poem, but I love this so much that I gave up looking anymore.

I received the pattern and started to stitch. It is easy to follow. I have finished the title and the leaves. It looks great. I can't wait to start the poem and the cute animals. When I get it finished it is going to my grandson, daughter and son in law. They just lost one of their cats and this is in memory of A stir.

I haven't started this yet. But I couldn't pass the opportunity to order it now. I didn't know this poem was available in counted cross stitch. I was very pleased it was. It is an excellent pattern.

The pattern is easy to read. Makes a beautiful gift to anyone who has lost a pet or to give to any animal shelter. It's the only pattern I've found for loss of a pet. Very happy with this pattern.

But beware the finished product is BIG. I think it will be some time before I get to this one, but will love it when I do. I always appreciate a pattern that allows for little individual patterns as does this. I'm happy.

This pattern will be a wonderful tribute to the pets we have lost. It is an abbreviated option of the Rainbow Bridge story. If you are an avid stitcher and you have a decent supply of threads, I think you will come out better cost wise by just buying the pattern than buying the entire kit. I may be wrong on that.
