DH is singing lyrics . . here comes the sun.
It just came through very brightly. Weather says 0% chance of rain the remainder of this week. 👏

We need rain here in the worst way, and there is nothing in the 10 day forecast.

Pretty day though. High in low 80’s, which would be normal for July!

I did go to my cardio class yesterday, then on to stitch group. Trying to get home was a slow process. I have mentioned the mammoth construction project going on in our town, on the only main thoroughfare through town? Now it’s down to one lane, so a trickle of cars going east, then the same going west. Needless to say, it takes forever to get through town. I think I will avoid this as much as possible. This has got to be killing the businesses as we are in the second year of the tie ups due to the construction.

Did some shredding. What a fun project!😝

I think I will go and check on our neighbor next door. His wife is in the advanced stages of MS, can no longer do anything for herself. She is mentally just fine, so visiting is a welcome distraction. Plus her husband enjoys the company.

Then I have to get my exercise done.

I am waiting for inspiration for what to make for dinner!

Other than that, quiet in these parts.

I got my biopsy results yesterday... at least 2 of the three were ok 🤷‍♀️ the other one, not so much.... 😮‍💨

I read the pathology report and it might as well have been in the original Latin.

I have a message out to the scheduling department to schedule my appointment to get it handled. I won't TMI with the details....

Cristing -
Glad to hear that the two results were good, but sorry to hear of the third. Hopefully, this can be resolved/remedied as soon as possible!

Best of luck to you Cristing.

I only slept three hours last night.

Having a very bad stomach day. I had way too many greasy things yesterday.

Had lunch with my sister. Only a tiny bit since stomach isn't good. Then we went to two greenhouse/nurseries. She bought a few flowers but I'm waiting for warmer weather. I did buy a small fox head shaped planter to save for my dgd birthday in July.

I won't be eating any supper so dh is on his own.

Take care,

Laurie in WI

I had a delicious Philly Cheese Steak sandwich for lunch. It had grilled green peppers and onions on it. (I picked the mushrooms off.) I had a nice, icy cold Blue Moon beer too with a sliced orange in it.

It was for Mother's Day because I refuse to go out on the actual day to celebrate.

Cristin ~ I hope you can come back and report an all clear soon!

Good luck Cristing. Sending positive vibes your way.

Grocery shopping done. The Safeway had some patio chairs in the store that were very comfy and not too deep in the seat. I have short legs and most chairs are made for people with longer legs. DH is going to look at them this afternoon. If he is satisfied we'll buy a couple for the patio.

This week is looking to be hot way too soon. Heading for 90 today. I do not like summer heat. No rain in sight either. Weather so far this year has earned a D-.

Jambalaya pasta with shrimp, chicken and Andouille sausage for dinner.

I'm going to make banana muffins with some very ripe bananas the grocery had in a bin of a-bit-past-their-prime produce. Maybe I'll use oats for some of the flour, turn them into banana oatmeal muffins.

Very nice day here today,it was overcast when i first got up,but it has cleared up and now it's very sunny,68 and a nice breeze.

Have done all the daily chores, may go out and water the plants in the front yard.Thinking about making some tuna for dinner sandwiches since i forgot to take meat out of the freezer.

Hiker my niece has ms,she has been bed/wheelchair bound for 15 to 20 years now and she's only 56,she has raised her 2 dd's during all of this, went to their ball games and school activities, goes back and forth from Maryland up to N.Y. state for important things like family reunions. She doesn't let it get her down, she amazes me.Her mind is still very good and she definately keeps the faith, she can;t even hold a phone these days. Her sister has already lost 2 sons to Muscular Dystrophy, these diseases run rampant on one side of their family. The one boy died at 16.the other made it to 20,and the MD seems to only strike the boys in that family. So sad.

Cristin, wishing you well with what ever they decide to do to get you through this, sending prayers and good thoughts for you.

Ellie, hope you little doggie is doing better today, yours too Lynn.

Hope you all are getting better weather, and enjoying it.

Pickleball day. One of our group didn't make it so we played threesome until one of the guys showed up. Some good games and some not so good. Then one of the guys hit the fence and had 3 spots bleeding so I did my nurse thing and got him fixed up.

Then I got my hair cut. And treated myself to a mini Blizzard for lunch. Next I went to pick up my Cardinals from the framers. I hate to drive in that area - it is mall after mall and people drive like crazy. Also construction everywhere. I like to get my driving and shopping done before everyone else gets out there.

Cristing hope your procedure goes well and that all the edges are clear.

pterodactl, it sounds strange to me that you get lawn chairs at the grocery store.😊

Kathi, I had to laugh at "making some tuna ". When I say something like that my DH asks me how I'm going to make it - he says they are born not made. LOL

Lynn, hope you enjoyed your sunshine.

Have a good evening!!

That's funny Jan,and your dh is correct.

One of my bff's always told her kids to go get on the car, instead of getting in the car.And another gal i worked with, she was from h\Hawaii,used to say to me,Kathi, borrow me your pencil, instead of let me borrow your pencil.Funny how we catch these little tidbits and they tickle our funnybone.

Kathi, thanks for the good thoughts for Sadie. She's managing and being a good dog taking her meds.
Lynn, hope your little dog is doing better too. It's hard when our furry loves aren't doing well.

Cristing, sending good thoughts your way that you'll soon have the growth removed and that all margins will be clear.

I was so tired last night that I went to bed at 11 pm. My dog is so used to staying up till 1 or 2 am sleeping on the couch next to me, that she couldn't settle in the bedroom. She seemed to be confused about being in there and stared at the door. So I let her out, she went to the living room and jumped back on the couch to sleep. I was surprised she stayed there without me but I left the bedroom door slightly ajar and at 1:15 am, she returned to the bedroom and put herself to bed in her crate. I'm still tired, despite adequate hours of sleep so may head to bed early again tonight. My allergies have struck with all the oak tree pollen falling.

Good thoughts to all those in need.
