| Subject: | Stitcher's Best Friend tool ? |
Hi Everyone,I ran across this tool somehow and was wondering about if anyone has used it or something similar? I know it is recommended for needlepoint so it probably is not suitable for cross stitch. I'm always interested in different tools and doodads lol.

Interesting, I can't make out what it is though.

The writing on the package gives the impression it is a tool for grabbing loose thread/floss ends, etc. Looking closely, the bottom end of the tool looks double-pronged, like a seam ripper used to cut or pull out floss.
I personally use a ‘Snag Nab-It’ to help me many times and assorted sizes of seam rippers.

I do have one but I wish they made one smaller than a 24. I use the forked end to poke through loose threads that sometimes loosen up. The other end is good for frogging. The 24 is a bit large for 18 and higher count fabric.Jan

I use a size 14 metal crochet hook.

After having cut my two index fingers a few days apart, the one episode went to ER, I avoided sharp instruments for a few days. The ER cut has healed completely but I get a bit of stabbing if I put lots of pressure on the area….
me thinks the cut injured a nerve.
