Ordered a pattern on Etsy on April 14th, still waiting for it on May 13th, yet the Etsy shop stated it was to be delivered by yesterday (May 12th) but Etsy shows it hasn’t even been shipped yet….I sent the shop owner a message requesting information as to where the pattern is…..yet the shop sent me a evaluation of the pattern >>>>Nope, no purchased item received, no evaluation.
Ok, I’m done.

I am pretty sure you can contact Etsy customer service to complain that the product was never shipped.

Had you ever used that shop beforeI'm waiting for a pair of pants from Woman Within,i ordered them earlier this month,had ordered 5 pair,4 came and they fit perfectly,still waiting on the 5th pair.This was my first time ordering from them,and i'm not disappointed,they are made well,fit perfectly and best part they were only $9.99 each,I got black,navy,teal,and royal blue,still waiting on the chocolate ones.They also run true to size,as i wear a 14-16PT ,and these are perfect.

there should be a way to contact Etsy next to the order. Tell Etsy that you never received the order and how you would like the issue resolved.more out of curiosity, what shop did you order from?

From ‘Garibaldi’s Needlework’ shop. I have ordered from them previously without any issue so I sent a message to the shop to see what happened. I am usually pretty patient because people, including myself, make mistakes. But after 4 weeks, I became a bit irritated.

My husband has had to contact Etsy a couple of times, all ended up he got a refund. Sellers don’t like it, but when they give you the run around, you have to do something.I hope it gets resolved.
