I sometimes go to a casino near me. ( I used to go maybe 2 times a month with a certain amount that I know I want to loose. But we stopped about 2 yrs ago. I received a notice that I have a free cruise with free airfare. Sound fishy, so I called the casino and it is legit. So this coming week my husband and I will go to that casino and see if there is a catch. I would say it was junk , but after calling the casino where the notice came from , Talking to a head person in charge and he admitted it is from them. We don't fly so we don;t care but my kids are saying fly if free. We travel by train. My husband hasn't flown since 1977 and me it was 1990; neither of us liked it. None of my siblings and their spouses ever have either

A friend won a cruise and she didn’t use it. Why? She would have had to pay for airfare and hotel before and after cruise. She was also responsible for all fees, taxes, drink packages, etc. she said it wasn’t worth it.

Hi Sherry We have gotten the free cruise before. I know it isn't really free just the room on the ship. we have taken advantage of them. I call the one we usually book through. I would ask her what the price would be. If it is a savings what the cruise line we go through will give us. W take it. Just this is the first time ever offering free air fare. I guess I am very curious on this offer. My kids go and find out. So I set up the time to meet this coming week. We love to cruise. We have been on 9 of them. This summer we are doing 3 out of Long Beach, Ca. They are back to back to back. So we never get off the ship. This is in July and then we do it again in Aug out of New Orleans. The level we are at I get free rooms. So it is the taxes, port fees , transportation to wherever we are sailing out of. Plus hotel rooms. The one out of Long beach I had credit, so that cruise only cost us 48.00

I have gotten a few vouchers that come with air fair. Maybe that was from mohegan sun since I play at the one in Canada and Pa. I will fly any where because I can get there faster and don't mind flying. The view landing is to Anchorage Alaska was awesome and worth it. I get offers through the TS all the time from cesars. Free air fair from the Buffalo airport for me and a guest, gambling money, free room and food. Last one I used friend and I flew to Bilox Mississippi and had a grand time so will will be doing it again. Also get the same deal for a certain hotel in Vegas which we might use. When I won the big trip cruise that included air fair and $2,000 spending money. Mary

I cant remember the casino at the moment. I get a lot of those deals. You have to call right away or it sells out but so worth it for some fun.

For us our cruise to Alaska was about $2,000 total using a casino voucher. That was for balcony suite, air, hotel for 1 night in Anchorage, train from Anchorage to seward, land tours, and very fancy hotel suite in Vancouver for 2 nights as it was a 30th anniversary trip. I thought that was pretty good. We don't drink so just filled our reusable cup things with straws with soda or ice tea from the bufffett and I had ordered some bottled water for our room. I don't remember how much hubby tipped our cabin guy at the end but gave him a good bit as he was so nice. It was a 7 day cruise so I want to say $50 a day. My husband was a very good tipper and appreciated service so he had budgeted for the tips.

I did not want to go to and from Seattle. Wanted to land in Anchorage then see Vancouver and I have no regrets doing it that way. We also went to British Columbia and the yukon which was what I wanted. Was so much fun mushing the dogs and seeing the puppies. The cruise we had to book directly with Norwegian because of the voucher. Our wonderful travel agent at the AAA did the rest for us. Brought her wine and chocolates when we got back to thank her. We were supposed to meet with her 3 days after hubby passed to book our Hawaii trip. It's my last memory of a big trip with late hubby so glad we got to do it. My nephew helped me make that dream come true and spread dsone of hubby's ashes in the black sand he always wanted me to see.

December 2027 going on a 10 day cruise because a cousin is having a destination wedding. We got a pretty sweet deal so going to be fun being with family for the cruise and wedding. 2028 taking my nephews 3 girls to Disney world and surprising them with a cruise after we see Disney. Mary

Lynn, years and years ago while we were in Memphis with my two aunts. Everything closes down early near Graceland. We did not want to be shut in but security told us at night time the crime picks up really bad. So we decided with the paper map lets take a ride to Mississippi. We stopped at harrahs in Tunica, Ms . One of my aunts liked to bet 20 -30 back then at a casino. Never more. My other aunt she didn't for she was very tight with her money. My husband and I played 20.00 . Just something to do than to sit inside of a hotel room.
Mary , Craftylady, the offer was not from TS. But another near by from where I live. Surprise you didn't get one. Some people like to fly and some don't. I am the one who doesn't,I am in no hurry so taking a train you can still see the real beauty to enjoy .

Pat if you gamble at the TS they have something to do with Cesars. Was chatting with another player who told me that and we both got the free offer to fly to Biloxi and she said that's why. Didn't cost me a dime and my friend and I had loads of fun for a weekend. Both of us love to fly so we will do it again. Mary

I went to Point Place 2 weeks ago and stayed one night while enroute to Albany. Otherwise we do not go that way anymore. Visit my grandson at least 2 times a year while he is in college there.The towns as you get closer to Albany my son doesn't have chains you will want to stay in. he knows for that area is his biggest area for his job. So he knows This offer I got is to fly to the city you want to take the cruise out of. Plus the free cruise. I set up an appointment when we meet with someone to see what and if a catch.Find out more this coming week .

Have stayed at point place several times now since opening. Hit a nice tax free jackpot there a few times staying. Have my roomed booked in the new part of TS already so can't wait. Mary

Mary, Crafty lady. This hotel just opened up in Nov. We will stay there only when we go to visit our grandson. And it is only for 1 night. No other reason to go that direction. then with the gas prices we are very conservative like so many others are in what we are doing. If you want to travel over 3 hrs to casino go right on ahead. Not many I know are doing that or ever did. One casino is like them all. Either you loose or win some. Our big trip in driving will be in Mid June. Other than going to my son's in PA a couple times we are not far from home.

Yes I know I have stayed there several times already. I go that way to my brothers but also have made trips just to go there and the other casinos in the area. Got my free invite as soon as they opened. I usually stay 3 nights as I don't live close by like you so one night not worth it for me plus I had $100 free play each day and my meals were free.

All ready have my room for 3 nights at TS so will do 2 days of the state fair like last year. Resorts world in the Catskills was awesome. Friend and I got comped so between the 2 of us stayed for 5 nights and had a grand time so highly reccomend it. I drove but they are running bus trips from here. When we did foxwoods last year the comps were through mohegan sun because fallsview in Canada is mohegan sun. Between the two of us got to stay 5 nights. Already have our room booked for hard rock in Atlantic City again. My friend enjoyed it last summer so wanted to do it again.

Also planning to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails again with my WV family. We had a blast last year. Was my first time and so much fun. Mary
