from United States on 09/17/2023 - Has this fabric been updated? The version I was sent has thinner mesh and enormous holes.
I’ve purchased this brand of 14 count Aida fabric in the past and it was beautiful. It looked exactly like the deion photo. However, I ordered 3 tubes of this recently and the fabric feels so scratchy, the individual fabric strands are much thinner, and the holes are enormous! Instead of my usual two DMC strands, I had to use FOUR. I could still see so much empty space around each x, so I tried using the Railroad method and even that didn’t help. I wish I could upload a photo showing the old and new fabric side by side, they look absolutely nothing alike.

Love this fabric. Sometimes called "Fiddler's", The Oatmeal lite is the perfect Beige. Not as yellow as regular Oatmeal. Again, rare and hard to find, but depend one 123.

I ordered this thinking it would be perfect for the Nativity Trio design, but found out that it was a couple of inches too small for what I needed. I loved the material so much, though, that I contacted 123stitch.com and ordered a larger piece. I love the quality of the material, and the people at 123stitch.com made it so easy to order. Also, they were so kind to me. I will remember this when I need new supplies!

I tend to go to this fabric over and over when I'm using an Aida fabric. The texture is somewhat soft and easy to handle and neutral enough for most designs, while the flecks add a bit of texture. I find this and natural Aida to be my favorites.
