Needleminders are terrific for not just holding your needle when not in use, but for securing your fabric as you stitch, or holding your pattern to your frame. They can even be worn as a beautiful magnet pin! Needleminder is 1" across and comes with a 1/2" neodinum magnet (it's strong!)
Many people associate knotwork with Celtic art, but it also occurs in Byzantine art in myriad forms all the way from large knotwork borders found in Byzantine illuminated manuscripts down to tiny interlacings such as this one. I've retained the lovely traditional color palette of rich red, soft blue, and celadon green for a design that will truly ornament your stitching.
