Sulky 12 wt. thread is a favorite of mine. Both sulky embroidery 12 wt. thread and 12 wt. thread. I use it for many things. It works well with DMC too. Can be used for applique, embroidery as well. If a person is not a fan of the depressed washed-out grungy, crusty, rusty look in their stitching. It's a better way to go for brighter color and a more saturated color. Works well on 32counts and 36 counts. Works well on Aida too. If stitching a large project can use both Sulky 12 wt. and DMC pretty easily in the same project.

I like this thread. I’ve been using it instead of floss for my Christmas ornaments and this shade of red is perfect.
