from United States on 08/24/2018 - Colors I have done this pattern before. But this time, I received wrong floss colors. It was very obvious by the shades of blue within the pillow with the boat. I called customer service and never heard back. So I threw this one out. I reordered a different birth announcement which ended up being the same manufacturer. Again. Wrong colors. Luckily, this time I had the correct DMC colors on hand.
from United States on 10/09/2017 - Not happy I have made 14 different cross stitch birth announcements and this is with out a doubt the worst one I have ever worked with. The pattern is printed so small I had to contact the company because it was almost impossible to read. They did send me an inlargement which I was happy about. The Aida cloth must be a cheaper quality because it is very flimsy and the stitching holes are not good. Last the thread holder has one row of holes on top of another making it hard to get the thread. I do love the actual pattern and it will be darling when I get it done, but I will never buy another from this particular manufacturer.
from United States on 10/30/2016 - So far no issues! Bought for a friend, not the easiest key to read, but the colors are already separated and already in order. So far I haven't had any issues with not knowing what color to use where, flows perfectly. Would order again.
from United States on 02/12/2016 This pattern is not easy to work with. The color symbols are too similar, some of the back-stitching lines are too heavy and obliterate the symbol. Al though I like the piece and will definitely finish it, I'm not sure I would buy this brand again.
