This sampler is an ode to the classic mourning samplers of old, complete with a weeping Willow tree and cemetery urn, but wit's a modern twist, incorporating references to many favorite authors, movies, and science fiction television shows.

The model is stitched on 32 count Cocoa from Weeks Dye Works using the Gentle Arts, Classic Colorworks, and Weeks Dye Works floss with DMC alternatives. Stitch count 247 x 215
