I have been shopping at 123 Stitch for several years and can say, without exception, all threads I have purchased are new in excellent condition, wrapped appropriately for mailing/shipping, and arrive in a timely manner. They sell name brands all stitchers know and use regularly.....no surprises. If an item is backordered, I have been notified immediately.....communication is outstanding!!!! Great place to shop for threads!!!!!
