This is a gorgeous color and perfect for Halloween or Fall projects. 123 Stitch has the absolute best customer service. When I ordered this, I received #4 braid instead of the filament. I contacted their customer service, and they immediately sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived, and it too was #4 braid (not filament). I again contacted customer service, expecting just a refund. No, the agent went and pulled the blending filament for me, sent me a picture, and processed the replacement herself. Way beyond what I was expecting of any company. Thank you, thank you, thank you, 123 Stitch. You are truly one of the best.
