Generally all products received from 123 has been outstanding. This pillow was received not in the best of conditions. It looked like the pillow might have been used to dust off a shelf or something. I tried using a wet cloth to remove the dirt, but it didn't really do any good.

I planned to make prayer pillows. My expectation was different than the product delivered but it wasn't the fault of the company..the filler was not as compact as I had envisioned. There is always a risk when you order online and do not have the touch feature. They were as specified but my expectation and needs were different. Thanks
