You will construct four patch diamonds using strip piecing, trim, add small wedges, and trim the inside point so you have four perfectly sized diamonds in each star point every time. With this technique you can create twenty two block size variations from 6" up to 48" in 2" increments.

Add a real twist to your Wedge Star projects by cutting diamonds from pieced fabric strips. Your stars will spin either clockwise or counter clockwise and can be varied in oodles of ways. This is a great, easy to construct, basic unit that we are using more and more as we continue to work with the Star 60 tool.
