5 stars out of 5 from United States Tiny United States flag on 08/07/2024 - Love the patterns - Wonderful extras
I really liked this pattern, the monochromatic look is perfect. What really surprised and delighted me was the extras that were included. Apparently, I didn’t sufficiently read the entire deion. As I said, I was really after the pattern. There are several ”how-tos” included-how to make cording and the different ways to make it. How to finish a box, scissor’s fob and pincushion. You sure do get your money’s worth with this booklet.

5 stars out of 5 from United States Tiny United States flag on 11/07/2022 - Quick project
I got this for the message and it will live in my work office. The pattern is easy to follow. What surprised me was the size, somehow I envisioned something tiny, but it’s probably about 8 inches across. I stitched it on 28 ct beige evenweave which I distressed with a mix of saffron and turmeric water, plus a few instant coffee granules for that really old effect. I used an icy-white slightly variegated floss which I misted with coffee bc it looked too crisp and new against the distressed fabric. In retrospect, I should have used some sort of antique green or dark brown. But it still looks nice.
