Created by Dierdra to meet the needs of hand appliquers. It is a hybrid of three types of needles. This British made needle is thin with an evenly tapered point that will make it feel like passing a hot knife through butter. It is stronger and a little longer than the traditional Sharps and also sports a significantly larger eye for easier threading. Dierdra's new needle was hailed as the invention that has most impacted hand appliquers this decade by Faye Labanaris at the World Quilt Show. There is no size attached to this needle as it is unique unto itself and does not follow the traditional rules. Each tube contains 50 needles
