If a Shaded Four Patch is good then a Shaded Nine Patch must be twice as nice. Bust up your stash and use a variety of fabrics to create the Shaded Nine Patch from Studio 180 Design. For best results, vary the fabric strips by color and positioning during the construction process. A Toolbox Blitz offers 9 quilt designs in sizes from baby up to king. You select the design, the size and the size units you would like to make. It's like a pattern on steroids. Keep this with your binder of? Design Sheets and Technique Sheets and you will have a library of patterns at your finger tips. Requires the use of the Studio 180 Design Tucker Trimmer I or III tool and the Shaded Nine Patch Technique Sheet. Note:The layout designs pictured are only a portion of the entire quilt design. The fabric requirements chart will give you the number of units needed and the finished size of the quilt for all three sized units.
