I am so glad I came upon this company through reading comments on cross stitch groups. I took a chance and placed my first order and the rest is history. 123stitch.com is a great company to do business with. If you put a special request/comment when placing your order, they have always done what I have requested. I have made mistakes on orders a couple times and have contacted customer service before my order has been shipped and the staff are wonderful and have corrected my order right away, whether it was to remove an item I had already purchased before and ordered again by mistake or to add another item that happened to come back in stock that I did not notice when placing my order. This company does what they can to answer all questions and help with any fabric or product info you need. Thanks from Canada for all you have done to answer my questions and find a missing package.

I was so impressed by this company's customer service! The post office somehow lost my package in a city about 30 miles from my home. 123Stitch contacted USPS and had them search for the package.As soon as USPS confirmed it had been lost, 123Stitch sent me a replacement package! I love to embroider, but when I moved to Central America I could not find any local floss dealers. I tried numerous online options, including eBay and AliExpress, but some orders took months, and others did not show up at all. 123 stitch has been the solution. My mail forwarding address is complicated, but they were able to copy it and get my order to me with wonderful speed and accuracy. I've really enjoyed stitching this pattern and the silk threads are fabulous! There is an error in the chart in the symbols. The vines on the house show the chart symbol for Sea Grass which is incorrect. The word description for Pea Vines says Matilda. Matilda is the correct color.

I have really enjoyed the three fold greeting for years. I like to make cross stitch cards and my favorite are the perforated paper to make them on. I keep seeing that if you live in the metroples you can get orders quicker if you come get them. I moved you last fall and am a shut in now-no car-that would be nice, bu can't do it.

I've ordered several items with regular shipping, and they've arrived quickly (less than a week). Recently, I paid for 'expedited shipping' on an order and was told it would ship 'within one day.' It's now 3 days later, the order still hasn't shipped, but is "expected to ship today or tomorrow" -- making it the longest I've ever waited for an order from 123Stitch. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars because they always have what I need and it gets here fast. Don't waste your money on expedited shipping!

They ship things quickly, usually within 1-2 days of receiving the order. The packages arrive undamaged and the patterns aren't folded. Looking for designs on the web site is fairly easy even though there are a lot in some categories.

Since losing my local x-stitch shop years ago, and in the last couple of years, having both Michael's and Hobby Lobby stop selling patterns and decent fabric, I began looking for online stores. I found 3 but 123 Stitch is my favorite as they offer lots more fabric choices. I do miss having my fabric cut to the exact size I want, but that's a small issue. Sometimes I have enough left over to stitch a small Christmas ornament! 123Stitch will remain my top online store!

When I searched for supply sources, I found 123 Stitch to be the best place to purchase everything thing I'd need for this needle art. 123 Stitch has most things in stock ready to ship at the best prices and the lowest shipping costs. Their stitch count converter is a wonderful resource, as are their thread color conversion charts. But one of the most helpful things is that they show a DMC thread color on most fabrics to give you an idea of the actual color so you don't have to guess if the computer color is close to what you actually want. They will help you over the phone or via email with questions, help deciding on fabric, figuring sizing, changing out floss types/colors, etc. They are like a brick and mortar shop (none near me!) in all that they do. You just trust them for the fact that they can see the fabric and floss there to know if substitutes need to be made as I cannot do that from a computer monitor! This item was fun to make, included most everything needed to complete. I was not, however, clear that the cross stitch was to be done on Linin until the item was received. The only other thing I did not like was that the instruction on how to do the cording only says that this cording drill is the perfect item to make cording. I ended up going to You Tube to find out how to do this by hand. If these 2 items were more clear up front I would have given it a 5 Star review. I love these kits! The results are incredibly realistic. My only problem with them is the color key. When working with over 30 colors it is difficult to keep track of the various key designs -- so I go through and change them to the alphabet using both upper and lower case. I usually have to transfer them to graph paper which is time consuming but worth it for me in the long run. Why can't manufacturers simply use the alphabet?

I have been an avid needle pointer, crocheter, knitter, cross stitcher for 50 years, and the quality of everything has gone down exponentially. I appreciate the prompt service 123Stitch provides and the one rate for shipping (unlike other sites which have you pay a percentage of the total cost which is a very strange way to estimate shipping costs). I often buy DMC floss and it is so easy to add the floss and quantity you want... not to speak of finding the floss you want. Ordering from 123Stitch is much easier than going to a store just to find that the items you want are not in stock.

After a purchase which was sent to an incorrect international site, they wanted to charge me the tax they failed to charge of $1.65 on the original order. I refused because it was 123Stitch’s problem. When the order finally showed up from Bermuda to my house in Rome Ga USA, they refused to send a prepaid label so it could be returned to them at their expense. All efforts to solve the problem on my part were refused by a company who missed a $45.00 sale for a measly $1.65. Not smart. I’ll never shop with them again.
