I recently returned to Cross Stitch after years of pursuing other interests. When I searched for supply sources, I found 123 Stitch to be the best place to purchase everything thing I'd need for this needle art. 123 Stitch has most things in stock ready to ship at the best prices and the lowest shipping costs. Their stitch count converter is a wonderful resource, as are their thread color conversion charts. But one of the most helpful things is that they show a DMC thread color on most fabrics to give you an idea of the actual color so you don't have to guess if the computer color is close to what you actually want. Customer service is wonderful and I have to say I'm extremely pleased with everything I've purchased. Thank you so much!

I recently purchased the Q-Snap frame and found it to be a wonderful accessory for Cross Stitch/Needlework. It is perfect when making Christmas ornaments. The frame is lightweight and holds the fabric tight for stitching. I had not used this product before and am glad I have added it as a project helper.

The best place for cross stitching supplies such as fabric, floss, patterns, finishing materials, etc. I have been a client for years, before they even moved to Tx! They will help you over the phone or via email with questions, help deciding on fabric, figuring sizing, changing out floss types/colors, etc. They are like a brick and mortar shop (none near me!) in all that they do. You just trust them for the fact that they can see the fabric and floss there to know if substitutes need to be made as I cannot do that from a computer monitor! So awesome to have the flat rate shipping too! Love this online cross stitch store!

When I unpacked and sorted the DMC floss I ordered, I found two colors that were obviously USED and RETURNED. The thread had been pulled out, cut, and then wrapped around the outside of the label. This item was fun to make, included most everything needed to complete. I was not, however, clear that the cross stitch was to be done on Linin until the item was received. The only other thing I did not like was that the instruction on how to do the cording only says that this cording drill is the perfect item to make cording. I ended up going to You Tube to find out how to do this by hand. If these 2 items were more clear up front I would have given it a 5 Star review. Everything else I have ordered from 123Stitch has been fun to do/make!

I love these kits! The results are incredibly realistic. My only problem with them is the color key. When working with over 30 colors it is difficult to keep track of the various key designs -- so I go through and change them to the alphabet using both upper and lower case. I usually have to transfer them to graph paper which is time consuming but worth it for me in the long run. Why can't manufacturers simply use the alphabet?

After a purchase which was sent to an incorrect international site, they wanted to charge me the tax they failed to charge of $1.65 on the original order. I refused because it was 123Stitch’s problem. When the order finally showed up from Bermuda to my house in Rome Ga USA, they refused to send a prepaid label so it could be returned to them at their expense. All efforts to solve the problem on my part were refused by a company who missed a $45.00 sale for a measly $1.65. Not smart. I’ll never shop with them again.

4) My fabric orders have ALWAYS arrived CLEAN, NICELY FOLDED, LABELED as to what the name, size and fabric
count, in a plastic zip lock bag. Other merchandise ie. Patterns, floss, buttons, needles, sewing necessities are
packaged with the same quality handling.
5) Quick delivery ( depending where your location is).
6) Have only had a problem 2x in over 12 years regarding my fabric orders: 1) fabric was not the color I needed so
I returned it and received ( my choice) of a credit so I could purchase another material color more to my needs.
(2) I had a linen that had a small hole in it with some of the threads damaged near the hole; I was told by 123
Stitch to keep the fabric and they sent me the same fabric that was undamaged.
7) Have a wonderful website that offers daily sales on items.
8) Great e-mail communication from this company regarding when they have shipped your order out.
9) Great e-mail communication when a fabric, pattern, etc. has come into the company if that item was not
available at the time, but you notified them with the request to e-mail you when the item comes in.
10) Great e-mail communication for any delays to an item you may have ordered! Rarely happens but it’s good to
know when it does.

Awhile back, I received a 123 Stitch order in an envelope without a “DO NOT BEND†label, with extra postage due without that label, and had to pay UPS an additional $6 before they would release my package (or UPS would return it to 123 Stitch if I refused). Needless to say, with my cross stitch order within reach, I paid the extra postage, and when asked to review my experience by 123 Stitch, I gave a negative review. In the meantime, I contacted 123 and received an immediate response and postage refund!!!! In all my years ordering from 123, I have never had an error in my order, and this one time when there was an issue it was promptly, efficiently, and satisfactorily corrected!!!

I'm 62 and have never seen Anchor floss in the stores in Iowa, only DMC. I am stitching a piece with a lot of blue and so in addition to DMC I ordered many of the blue Anchor flosses on 123Stitch. I was impressed. Anchor has a wider variety of blues than I could find in DMC in the shades I wanted. I also got the pattern for the chatelaine I'm making there, Holland Springtime. When buying online you need to trust the company and I have been rewarded for my trust at 123Stitch many times.

This is a warm up song we often sing at the start of choir. I was very disappointed with this product. First, when assembling so many wood shavings littered my table - it looked like I had been doing serious woodworking. Second, one of the slots in the dowel rod actually curves as it nears the closed end of the rod and I can't load my fabric into the dowel rod in a straight line which means my project is now crooked once fully loaded onto the frame. Finally, after looking at the product carefully after seeing all the shavings, I had to take the time to sand down some very rough areas on the wood frame in various areas including the holes in the rails, and the dowels themselves. The fact that this product is meant to hold delicate fabrics for needlework and also to be held in one's hands would seem to necessitate a surface that is as smooth as glass. I can't imagine ever using this on evenweave or linen and I'm not sure I can use it at all because of the curved cut on the rod. This issue is not the fault of 123stitch but the manufacturer. Unfortunately this is money in the garbage as it can't be returned. Customer Service did tell me they would alert their acquisitions team about this product.

The only disappointment is that it is only right facing and the other x stitch stockings I have made had the charts for right and left facing. I incorrectly assumed that this one also would. Their website is easy to navigate and their service is really fast with most orders going out the next day - even the same day sometimes. In addition they do not charge a fortune for international post - currently US$4.99 to send from the USA to the UK. In addition the order is tracked so you know what the progress is. Definitely recommend this company. If I was on holiday in the USA it would be wonderful to walk around their warehouse to see everything although I understand that they are online only!
