Iris is the Greek Goddess of the Rainbow, known as a messenger of the Gods. She is usually depicted with her cloak of a thousand colors and a pitcher to serve the gods. The design calls for standard DMC colors but sparkly floss, such as DMC etoile can be used for the pouring rainbow. Pattern is printed in full color with color blocks & symbols and can be finished in standard frames. Model was stitched on 18ct hand-dyed pink aida using DMC threads.
Stitch count is 90w x 70h.
