Needed a small inexpensive wooden hoop to use as a frame for a cross stitch pattern. Worked perfectly. Covered hoop in fabric and placed stitching inside.

I like this hoop for how you tighten it: the nut is separate from the bolt, not attached to it or the hoop itself. This makes it easy to get very tight. The hoop works well for stitching in and for hanging the finished piece.
