Thread choice when the pattern leaves the choice up to the stitcher can be daunting. I purchased this color for Long Dog Samplers, Life After death. After working a small portion with Black Coffee I decided it was too muted and decided to use black DMC 310 due to thread cost. But, I do like Black Coffee very much and will use it eventually on something else.
