I was very disappointed to see that instead of the banding that is used in this kit, I received a tiny piece of linen with unfinished edges. It’s not big enough that I would be able to fold over the edges when attaching it to the spool and there are no instructions on what I should do to finish the edges so they look nice but also don’t frey. I think the banding fabric is a crucial part of this design and plain linen is not a good replacement

The two sheep alone were so worth it. Really easy pattern. The reason for only 4 stars, i did not receive the green floss in the kit so i used something from my own stash. Nevertheless, such a fun kit and stitch
