Inspired by a vintage pincushion and Quaker samplers, I designed this sweet piece to celebrate my love of red thread and vintage stitching/sewing ephemera.

The model was stitched over 2 threads on 32 count Cappuccino linen by Fiber on a Whim with Classic Colorworks floss. Stitch Count: 108H x 108W. Finished size is 6.75 in wide X 6.75 in high.

Both models stitched on 30 Ct. Tin Roof linen with Weeks Dye Works floss. Stitch Count for large design: 133x121. Design Size: 9" x 9" Stitch Count for small design: 70x80. Design Size: 5" x 6"

The sampler and pincushion were both stitched on 32 Ct. "Linen" linen by Weeks Dye Works with 2 Strand Navy by Weeks (need 3 spools to complete both designs) - or thread of your choice.
Sampler stitch count: 91x91. Design Size: 6" x 6" Pincushion stitch count: 32x53. Design Size: 2" x 4" Finishing instructions included.

Fabric is 40 count Flax by Zweigart using Classic Colorworks. Stitch count: 90 x 127. This piece will fit in a 5 by 7 frame, if the rabbet is shallow enough.
