from United States on 12/10/2018 - Beautiful, but? This is a beautiful needle minder. I have several other brands, but so far this is my prettiest. I did find it strange that it was not flat on top, but convex, and being only 3/4 diameter, there is not much surface to lay something on it. The magnet is so strong that when I lay my cross stitch needle on it, it turns in a circle before settling down. I think I will try the Lizzie Kate ones next time, as the surface looks flat on them.
