It does not completely erase on the charts I have used it on but only leaves a glow. It is very handy on large charts and can be erased enough if you need to remove the highlight to be a valueable tool.

from United States on 02/04/2014 - It works This highlighter does work as stated and the ink does "erase" but when trying to highlight it is like trying to force ink from a dried out marker. I was expecting it to write like the Sharpie Liquid Accents highlighter but with the capability of being erased. No comparison - I'll use the Sharpie.
