from Canada on 05/29/2023 - Beautiful vibrant colours Very pleased with the results. My only concern is that I had no more than four inches of one of the colours left when I finished. I am very glad I was very frugal with the thread while doing the project; otherwise I would not have had enough. I had lots left of some of the other colours.

I began by using the Aida fabric and wool/acrylic threads included in the kit but found the thread difficult to work with breaking apart and the Aida very stiff. I spent hours matching the given thread colors to DMC thread, bought 28-count linen in Oatmeal color, and am enjoying stitching this piece very much. The bright, bold colors mixed with the softer pastels and greens make it a pleasure to stitch. The pattern itself deserves five stars, but the Aida and wool/acrylic threads were not satisfactory for me.
