Note from the designer: Number Five is an elegant Victorian brick house on the banks of the Susquehanna River. My great, great aunt & uncle resided here. My uncle was a composer and they met while they were both attending the Boston Conservatory of Music. My aunt was from a wealthy family, so dinners at their home were very formal. While doing research for this series, I also learned that this home was home to the most notorious bootlegger in the area during prohibition!

Pattern is stitched on 40 ct. Colonial Parchment from Fabrics by Stephanie. Individual Fragments stitch counts are 51 x 51. Stitched with border pattern: 245 (w) x 125 (h)
