Note from the designer: Number Seven was my grandparents home for over 50 years. The Gothic Revival house was such a warm and inviting place and surrounded with a profusion of blooms thanks to my Grandmother's beautiful gardens. It is so full of memories, from card games and books to berry picking and cleaning fish!

Note from the designer: Number Eight features our first house, a cute, little 1940s brick cape cod. I guess I inherited a little bit of my grandparents green thumb, because we totally transformed the house with our gardens.

Number Three is the home of my great-great grandmother. She became one of my stitching inspirations when I found a little snippet of linen with the tiniest cross stitches when I was a girl. How did she ever see to stitch them? It is tucked under the model in the image.
