Break out the sunscreen and head to the garden! I brought in some flowers and garden plants, as well as a few animal companions to celebrate the joys of gardening. So far we haven't shared our lettuce with the rabbits, but I expect they'll find it one of these days.
This set of three tree pincushions are inspired by a summer garden filled with vegetables, buzzing bees in a hive, and sunflowers.
Pattern is stitched on 36 count Eggshell by Fiber on a Whim with Gentle Arts floss (DMC Conversion included). Stitch count is 91 x 76. Finished size is 5.5 x 4 inches.

Irises are one of my favorite flowers. As I lean towards purples and blues in general, perhaps this is not a surprise.
