The air seems to be full of ghosts and bats this Halloween! This small (4x6) fun design gets you ready for the spooky season. But you better beware-there is mischief going on here this Halloween! This is the first in a series called Wee Hauntings. New designs will appear every other month.
Note from designer: I chose to design the year 1867 on the pocket because while I was looking up some information on jack o'lanterns, I came across a site that told of the first image of a carved pumpkin being published in an 1867 issue of Harper's Weekly.
An original sampler inspired by Mary Shelleys gothic novel, Frankenstein. It was released in the 2022 Halloween Box for GaRon Stitchery and is frankly a must stitch.
The model was stitched over 2 threads on 18 ct Aida in Spellbound by Under the Sea Fabrics with Weeks Dye Works floss. Stitch Count: 180W x 252H.
There are two versions of this fun Halloween designs! The larger model is stitched on 40-Count Ancient Ruin from Fox & Rabbit and the smaller was stitched on 40-Count Seaweed, also from Fox & Rabbit.
