This easy table runner was inspired by the twinkling stars in the desert sky. Use 5" charm squares to make simple stars or fat eighths (9" x 21") to make the sampler stars.
Shoot the moon with a winning hand of hearts. With 5 fat eighths, make a "pair of hearts" from each print. Three fat quarters will yield "four of a kind" from each print. To make each heart different, deal 10 - 10" x 10" squares to each player. No need to avoid the black queen, we're playing with just hearts.
Use 5" squares or fat eighths for a simple and speedy splash of color for your home. Make a table runner, a pair of place mats, or a miniature quilt (perfect for a doll!).
