This design by From the Heart features a wreath of gorgeous blooming flowers around the text "Remember. Me."

Model stitched on 40ct Brea Linen from Needle & Flax using DMC and Needlepoint Inc. thread. Stitch count: 123w x 80h. Finished size is 6.15" x 4".
