This pumpkin craftsman has honed her skills beyond the limits of any other pumpkin carver ever known. Her masterful designs almost feel like they're alive with Halloween joy! Wait- Did that pumpkin just wink?

Note from designer: I chose to design the year 1867 on the pocket because while I was looking up some information on jack o'lanterns, I came across a site that told of the first image of a carved pumpkin being published in an 1867 issue of Harper's Weekly.

Let's wrap of some spooky seasonal cheer!

The models were stitched on 32 ct Natural Belfast, Zweigart linen using DMC floss. Stitch count is 15 x 175 for each ribbon. (suggested cut size - 19" x 15"). Finished size is 1" x 11".

Note: You may need 2 skeins of 3799 and Ecru if stitching all of the designs.

The newest in my ongoing series of biscornu, this is my tribute to the month of October featuring pumpkins, leaves, and acorns.
