Note from the designer: A marking sampler reproduction featuring an optional verse, this is part of my marking sampler series and includes another collectible full-color alphabet card. Louisa used a soothing color palette with interesting dividing bands - it's a unique and lovely sampler.
This adorable vintage sampler reproduction is from Ann Lambeth, age 10, in 1798.
The model is stitched on 38 count Legacy Linen Himalayan Fog 1 over 2 with
Silk N Colors from The Thread Gatherer. It is framed with a premade 5" by 7" frame. Stitch count is 72 x 108 and the finished size is 3.79" x 5.68".
Stitched on 36 ct Sanguine from Weeks Dye Works with one ply of sampler threads from the Gentle Art. Stitch count is 189 x 273 and the finished size is 10.5" x 15.17".
This reproduction sampler by Mille Fleur is filled with beautiful floral motifs! Stitched on 28 count Cream Belfast linen using DMC threads. Stitch Count: 191W x 197H. Finished size is 13.6 x 14.1 for 28 count fabric.
