These acid-free foam core boards (also called foam board, foamboard, or foamcore) are 0.2 inch / 5mm thick and made for finishing your stitched piece. Lightweight and rigid, they work as a backing board, mounting board, or insert for flat folds, stand-up finishes, pillow finishes, ornaments, pinkeeps, and larger smalls.
The foam edges take pins, so you can pin, wrap, and glue your fabric in place without lacing, making them a favorite for quick, glue-free or DIY self-finishing. Also useful as a frame backing or frame insert for cross stitch, needlepoint, embroidery, hardanger, and punch needle projects. Not sticky and no adhesive, so nothing is permanent until you decide it is. A non-adhesive alternative to self-stick boards like Pres-On. Acid-free board protects your work over time. Pack of two foam core boards.
