It is easy to mark, cut, and sew and made of 100% polyester. This pre-cut stabilizer is perfect to use when creating the "Uptown City Bag" pattern by Auntie's Two Patterns but can be used to for any project you want!

Includes two 8" x 17" precut bottoms.
