Disappointed. Having bought one of these previously I was confident about the quality of this item. I didn't check it over before beginning the cross stitch much to my dismay. Parts of the print was missing some were slightly warped,as I had already began and wanted to get it finished soon as possible this is why I didn't return the item. I continued due to the issues it has been difficult at times having to work out where the stitches should be just fortunate I have already sewn one before. Delivery was good and arrived earlier than expected.

Just finished for my grandson and it turned out beautifully. I had not stitched in many years, however, I was able to complete with the help of 123Stitch customer service and YouTube. TIPSsuggest stitchers start with central letters, work out kept quilt cleanerdon't start with 'J' it's a challenging one! Also blue stamping comes out best by soaking, a little rubbing

I love it. It is so much fun doing, and it is going very quickly because of the instructions are real clear. Only negative coment would be the color code for the outer edge of each letter could be a little larger, I need to use magnifying glass to see if it has a line through the strip and if they are arrows or dots. But over all I would buy it again.
