Fall Cottages brings us to the last Cottage in this series and uses the warm browns and golds of late autumn, when the bright colors are almost gone. The squirrels are racing to fill up their bellies and nests with acorns and other goodies to help them get through the winter.

This design features a little white cottage with a hinged wooden door, swirling chimney smoke, and a little black crow sitting atop one of the autumn stems that are growing on either side of the house.
Pattern is stitched on 36 ct. Plum Street Blend by R&R using Weeks Dye Works and Classic Colorworks. Stitch count is 97w x 66h.
Note from designer "I have known since I started this Cottage series that my Summer design, the third in the series, would be based on beach cottages. The pretty blues and turquoises make me think of the Gulf of Mexico and the bright coral colors are the perfect contrast!"
