I like the smaller patterns like this one because they are not complicated. They travel well so if you are stuck in a waiting room or for a long weekend away from home you don't have to pack an extra suitcase for you take along craft. Plus they make great thank you gifts or can be the decoration you put on a gift. I will use this one as a decoration in my Sunday school class for the holidays.

Sometimes with Santa and all the presents we forget what Christmas is all about. This little pattern, with its cheerful cardinal button reminds me clearly, but kindly, that Christmas is about something more.
