This multipurpose House Ruler by Creative Grids cuts every shape under the roof!

Easy to read black and white markings.
Use it to cut half-square triangles, quarter-square triangles, trapezoids, parallelograms, diamonds from squares and rectangles, along with house and barn shapes.
Works with strips up to 4 1/2" wide, and squares up to 9".
Black tip extends beyond the edge of fabric when trimming to eliminate having to trim after sewing.
