The designer notes said to be strategic with how you stitch with this because it is very variegated and that’s why she chose it. I was disappointed that the skeins I received were virtually one solid colour. I know there is variation in each dye batch with hand dyed fibres but at least they should be close to what they are supposed to be. The thread itself is good quality and service from 123stitch is outstanding. The low mark is for no variegation in a thread that is supposed to be very variegated. Do a search online to see what it’s supposed to look like. That’s not what I got. I’m grateful I only needed 2 skeins. I’ll use any left overs for designs that call for a solid red. It would be great in Christmas designs.
