This fun and spooky pattern by Cross Eyed Cricket features a three panel design of the headless horseman riding through Sleepy Hollow, just in time for Halloween!

Model stitched on 30 ct. linen with DMC and Weeks Dye Works Floss. To stitch as one piece, the stitch count is 453 x 130 with a finished design size of 31" x 9". Stitch counts and finished sizes for individual panels are;
Left & Right Panels - Stitch counts are 123 x 130 and the finished sizes are 9" x 9".
Center Panel - Stitch count is 207 x 130 and the finished design size is 14" x 9".
To stitch as individual panels, purchase three fabric units total. Two units measuring at least 13" x 13" and one unit measuring at least 18" x 13". To stitch as one total design, purchase a fabric piece measuring at least 35" x 13".

I love the Legend of Sleepy Hollow. And this pattern has me reliving it all again. The pattern is very easy to read and follow. My only concern will be once it is done how to frame it or display it since it is such an odd size. I think I will need to get creative. Perhaps it will wind up on a pillow. Or if I really want to splurge I may have it custom framed. I am enjoying this pattern immensely.

Anyone who enjoys cross stitching will be putting a smile on their face as they are working on this pattern. The story comes alive as sections are completed. The family will surely be putting this on display for years to come.
