I am pleased with the service and quality of the products that I receive several times a year. I recently purchased DMC floss 29 for a pattern that was only two years old. I couldn't find the floss anywhere and even contacted the DMC corporation; which wasn't helpful. 123 Stitch had what I needed and were prompt in their response and mailing. This is a wonderful company to deal with and I highly recommend them. I have been embroidering for over 70 years and feel fortunate that 123 Stitch exists.
