I called about a week and a half ago in regards to the torn fabric in my embroidery kit. Whoever I spoke to said that she was going to speak with her supervisor and call me back but I have not heard from anyone. I would really like to do this embroidery. So I would appreciate if someone would call me back. It looks as if the piece of fabric has been cut by a machine. Therefore I am unable to use it. My phone number is 704 796-8551.
