This is a nice green variegated colorway but it seems to have a lot more of the lightest color that the darker one, I prefer the darker bits but am very happy with the overall results. I also like this size for 14 count Aida, it gives good coverage and I find it easier to keep track of the variegation with perle size 8 than with stranded DMC and the stitches look about the same to me. I've read that it is roughly equal to three strands of regular DMC floss and that seems about right. When I had to order more of this color I requested a specific lot number and 123stitch supplied it. Thanks for that!
