I am a DMC Floss stitcher from way back when. I even have some DMC floss from my grandma's sewing basket and that says alot for the quality of the product as I am in my 70's. Great product. I have used others floss but always change back to DMC. I ordered several different colors but I am going to review the DMC 890.

This is a beautiful deep dark green but not so dark it looks black. It's darker in person than it shows on the site, so beware.
