from United States on 04/26/2020 - Lots of time required for this beautiful sampler Had I know how much time I'd need to make this birth record, I would not have ordered it. It took me three months of working every day for hours, with many mistakes along the way. Not sure why the corner stitches in each block were necessary; I decided to omit them. So many colors looked similar which made evening work on this almost impossible. Also, the amount of outlining in black meant there wasn't nearly enough black thread sent. Now that it's done it's beautiful but if it hadn't been for the stay at home orders, I'd still be working on it.
from United States on 01/15/2020 - Cute project This kit arrived quickly, the colors are vibrant, the pattern cute and complex enough to keep me interested while stitching.The pattern key was printed all on one page and way too small to follow microscopic!. However, when I emailed the company they sent me an expanded version that works fine. I hope they adjust to including it with all the future kits.
from United States on 04/06/2016 - Cute but fragile Cute pattern, but not enough of the orange floss was included and the pattern was rubbed out where this glossy paper was folded. The paper develops slits very easily and has to be taped on the reverse side to hold together in those spots...paper of this sort would do better rolled in a tube rather than folded in a flat package for shipping/ storage.
from United States on 03/31/2014 - Very Cute This is very cute and everything needed was in the kit. The only suggestion would be to print on paper that is not shiney, as it's difficult to read the little squares when the light shines on the paper.
