Model stitched on 32 Ct. "Linen" linen from Weeks Dye Works using House of Embroidery hand dyed floss (or DMC floss 469, 310, 680, 3776, 918, 3852). Stitch Count for pincushion is 91x45.

This pincushion was stitched using a motif from an 1861 sampler. When stitched over 2 threads on 35 count linen it measures approximately 4 inches.

Pattern is stitched on 35 ct linen using Classic Colorworks and NPI threads. Stitch count is 35 x 30. Finished size is 2" x 1.75".

These pincushion make for a great quick stitch! Each is done in a different color-way to give stitchers options.

Both are stitched on 40-Count Wheat linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. The M. Lake pincushion has a stitch count of 81 Wide by 47 High. Finished size is 4.05 in wide X 2.35 in high.

Note from the designer: "This is the same buttoned up' format - a small pin pillow and companion berry, complete with hand-dyed buttons to embellish both pieces - but this speaks to the quiet and joy of a snowy, winter day."

Originally, I planned for these to be included in the Animals sampler design above, but the project quickly grew into something to big to be included in that chart pack.

These designs are so fun and can be stitched in any color, on any linen, and finished in any way possible! Each pincushion has a Stitch Count of: 74 Wide by 52 High. FOr Camels and Tigers needs DMC0313.

"Peacock Pincushion" is an exclusive design released at The Silver Needle in 2023, after receiving numerous inquiries since its released exclusively for The Silver Needle last year, I decided to re-release this pattern.

Pattern is stitched on 32 count Raw Natural Linen by Zweigart using DMC and Weeks Dye Works threads. Stitch count is 100 x 100.
