The item was damaged at one end when received, the shipping box was intact so the stretcher bar was damaged when packaged for shipping.

Most stretcher bars I bought were hard to connect. This is the first time I ordered these from you and they were put together with just one push. I'm a petite 80 year old lady n I would struggle all the time with frustration. Thank u for introducing me to your line of bars. I will highly recommend them to all my friends.
